Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to the work performed at our home by the technician.  He was personable, professional and polite.  He understood exactly what I needed done on a quick 5x8 carpet job and he knocked it out of the park.  I also appreciated they were able to provide the service on short notice (1 day later) at my home (in our garage) so we could have the carpet ready for my son's dorm just a day later (after drying in the sun). From the time I called in to get an initial quote until the time Adam was finished cleaning my carpets, I was very satisfied with the folks at Crystal Carpet Cleaning. Adam was on time and professional from the time I answered the door and until he left. We were blown away by how clean Crystal Carpet Cleaning got our carpets! We had lots of spills and stains from our toddler and after the carpet cleaning even stains from before we moved in were gone. I contacted them via Yelp and Chad was impressively quick to respond with how their carpet cleaning service worked (by the square foot) and how soon they could come out (in only a few days and with a nice brief arrival time frame).  He was more than happy to share more details when I wanted to talk by phone and quoted me a reasonable price range.  He said Mike would be our tech and I was delighted to hear that, having seen other positive reviews with his name.  Communication was superb leading up to the day of service and Mike couldn't have been more personable and professional to work with, not to mention did an excellent job cleaning our carpets to a soft fluffy feel again!
