Carpet Cleaning in Redmond, WA

Local Family-Owned Cleaners Providing High-Quality Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Care

Deep Cleaning for Redmond’s Active, Tech-Driven Lifestyle

Redmond blends tech culture, family living, parks, and year-round outdoor activity. Between bike trails, wet-weather commutes, pets, and busy households, Redmond carpets collect soil and allergens faster than most homeowners realize.

Crystal Carpet Cleaning provides deeper, eco-friendly carpet, area rug, and upholstery cleaning tailored to Redmond neighborhoods such as Education Hill, Overlake, Downtown Redmond, Grass Lawn, Bella Bottega, Sammamish Valley, and Bear Creek. As a first-generation, family-owned Eastside company with over 35 years of experience, we deliver residue-free cleaning that keeps your home fresh, healthy, and comfortable.

We only use Crystal Carpet Cleaning. They are the best. Yesterday we had a tough stain to get out and today it’s gone! Four rugs were cleaned even carpet tiles in our large bathroom.

The online system for booking service was excellent. I received a reply in good time. And the rest of the booking process for thorough and I got an appointment time that was soon. Adam came to my home and we did a complete walk through and I asked for advise on an additional rug clean and he was able to add that in. On our tour of the rooms and condition of the spoiled carpets, Adam gave me a carpet cleaning science lesson. Super helpful. He was clearly an expert and answered my questions with real knowledge. The time it took was much faster than I thought. He gave us pink booties (so we could find them easily!) to use during the 6-8hr drying period. I was amazed by how the carpets looked like new because there were so many urine stains from raising a puppy. All in all, an excellent job. Great communication, great results at a price well worth the work.

We had a great experience with Crystal Carpet Cleaning. Adam was prompt and professional. I'd tried cleaning the carpet with a rented machine but could get rid of the pet smell. Now the smell is gone! And I learned a lot about stains and how to clean them.

Joseph did an awesome job with our carpets. Got some really tough stains out, including a challenging upholstered chair that now looks great. Fantastic work as always from Joseph and team.

Why Redmond Homeowners Choose Crystal Carpet Cleaning

Certified Technicians with Local Expertise

Redmond homes range from updated midcentury properties to modern high-density developments and luxury townhomes. Our IICRC-certified technicians understand how to clean each carpet type safely—protecting your investment and improving indoor air quality.

Honest, Upfront Pricing

No pressure. No gimmicks. No hidden add-ons. Spot cleaning (excluding pet urine) is always included, because thorough cleaning should be standard—not a premium package upgrade. Redmond homeowners appreciate honest, straightforward service.

Proven Cleaning Methods

Moisture, pollen, and everyday activity push soil deep into carpet fibers. Our Carpet & Rug Institute–approved methods remove buildup without leaving sticky residue. Carpets dry quickly, stay cleaner longer, and remain safe for kids, pets, and allergy-sensitive families.

Family-Owned Eastside Company Since 1991

We’re not a franchise—we’re a first-generation, family-owned business, still owned and led by our founder, John. Redmond homeowners trust us for consistent quality and a personal, reliable approach.
