Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to the work performed at our home by the technician. He was personable, professional and polite. He understood exactly what I needed done on a quick 5x8 carpet job and he knocked it out of the park. I also appreciated they were able to provide the service on short notice (1 day later) at my home (in our garage) so we could have the carpet ready for my son's dorm just a day later (after drying in the sun). I will absolutely use Crystal Carpet Cleaning again!
