Carpet Cleaning on Mercer Island, WA

Professional Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Cleaning for Mercer Island Homes

Fresh, Healthy Living for Mercer Island Homeowners

Mercer Island homes experience a unique combination of lakefront humidity, family activity, and year-round Northwest weather — all of which can impact carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Crystal Carpet Cleaning delivers deep, eco-friendly cleaning tailored to the way Mercer Island residents live, from First Hill and Mid Island to South End, East Seattle, and the lakefront neighborhoods along West and East Mercer Way.

For more than 35 years, our family-owned company has provided the detailed, residue-free cleaning trusted by Mercer Island families, professionals, and long-time residents who expect quality, reliability, and precision in their home care services.

We have used Crystal Carpet Cleaning for years, and technician Adam Valencia is nothing short of a carpet whisperer. From pet accidents to makeup mishaps and stubborn spills, Adam brings our carpets back to life every time. He knows everything about fibers, pads, and products, and he has shown us how many DIY fixes can set stains and damage fibers. Professional, punctual, and meticulous, Adam delivers results that last. As a realtor, I only refer vendors I trust in my own home. I recommend Crystal Carpet Cleaning, and Adam when you can get him, to all of my clients. Five stars without hesitation.

Joseph did a fantastic job! They cleaned our stairs and kitchen area and were able to remove stains that we thought would never come out. Everything looks great now. Very professional service — highly recommended!

Excellent job, quick, reliable and friendly technician. Thank you!!

I have used Crystal Carpet Cleaning for several years, and they always do a stellar job. Professional, efficient, and effective cleaning. The carpets look great. I can highly recommend their services.

I have a new puppy who had a major accident on my brand-new wool carpet. After trying several advertised products and even hiring a carpet cleaner with no success, I contacted Crystal Carpet. While they couldn’t guarantee full stain removal, they came highly recommended. The team was professional, courteous, and transparent throughout the process. They took the carpet off-site for specialized cleaning and returned it within the promised timeframe. The results were far better than anything I had tried before, and I’m very pleased. Excellent customer service and true expertise in carpet cleaning.
